Our story

No Expectations.
No Big Plan.

We met in Bali. A night bar. No expectations. No big plan.

From that night on, we barely separated. Every day together. Friends introduced. Marcos' sister included. At the time, David was living in Jakarta. Marcos was traveling through Southeast Asia with friends and was supposed to continue to Italy two and a half months later.

Instead, Italy was cancelled. Jakarta happened.

2024 · Bali, Indonesia
Where It All Began
A night bar in Bali. No expectations. No big plan. From that night on, we barely separated. Every day together.
2024 · Jakarta
Italy Was Cancelled
Ten days together in David's apartment in Jakarta. The trip to Italy was cancelled. What was meant to be temporary started to feel like home.
2024 · São Paulo, Brazil
Three Intense Months
Marcos returned to Brazil. One month later, David arrived with three oversized suitcases and closed his entire Asian chapter. Brazil lasted three intense months.
2024–2025 · Paris, France
Paris Became Home
Seven months living between São Paulo and Paris. Airports, time zones, long video calls. Choosing each other repeatedly. Eventually, Paris became home for both.
2025 · Bali, Full Circle
Intentional. Full Circle.
In their first year together, they visited six countries. They completed that year with three weeks in Bali — revisiting the exact places where everything began.
August 2025 · Gold Coast, Australia
The Proposal
On a sunny morning walk along the beach — just the two of them — Marcos proposed. David froze. No immediate answer. It was uncomfortable. Honest. Real. The next morning, he said yes.
2025–2026 · South of France
The House. The Wedding. The Life.
An offer on a beautiful house in the South of France was accepted. Renovations began. Wedding planning accelerated. Careers continued at full speed. It is intense. It is ambitious. It is very us.
